Gem Healing 

Gem Healing is the creation to redefine what receiving therapy looks like. The continued idea that you are "crazy", if you seek mental health services continue to stop us from growing. Our group therapy practice offers licensed and qualified mental health professionals from a wide array of races, lifestyles, and approaches.  Although traditional talk therapy, like cognitive behavioral therapy has shown significant benefits, we also offer additional approaches including Reiki, Sound Bowl Healing, and Eye Movement Desentization and Reprocessing to clients to assist with their healing. Our staff includes BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clinicians.

Our mission is to allow everyone the opportunity to give theirselves space to be authentic. This means removing all the masks that we are expected to wear from others and ourselves, and giving yourself permission to show up as the real you. You deserve it!
